Payment Method
- Please send Winstshop a notification after payment done by emailing, sms the details.
- Please keep the payment slip/statement for future references.

Delivery or Postage
- Please note that delivery only will be made via POS LAJU on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
- For COD (cash on delivery) can be arrange the time and only in Giant Batu Caves or nearest. No extra charge for COD :-)
- Order will be delivered upon receipt of payment before 10 a.m. or else will post your item on next delivery.

- Allow 2-5 working days for the delivery.
- Any lost or damage during courier delivery is not our responsibility.
